I am a mother, wife, daughter, sister and friend and I am so grateful for each of these titles in my life. Professionally my passion is to plan, organize and execute.
I have had the opportunity to provide these services in several industries, including marketing, start up, human resources, professional project management, and domestic engineering.
How are you hoping to grow personally and professionally over the next year?
I work with amazing women, who are wonderful leaders and mentors. It is my intention to build confidence in my leadership qualities and my abilities to execute professionally.
What do you wish you had more of in your life?
Time with my family. I am blessed to still have both my parents, who have been role models, and mentors to so many people in their lives. My husband of 30 years is successful, supportive and an advocate to many. We have raised 3 amazing daughters; strong, passionate, and driven in their lives. Nothing makes me happier, than time with my family.
What tool, object or ritual could you not live without?
Love, laughter, exercise, a healthy diet, sleep, a good book, and a hug are ALL things I could not live without. Life is too short for just one!
Tell us about one or more women you admire (could be a relative, a friend, a mentor, a cultural heroine):
One of the people I admire most, is my 80 year old mother. To describe my mother is to combine the activism of Gloria Steinem, the political whip of Geraldine Ferraro, and the kindness of Mother Teresa.
As a mentor I can offer: As a mentor I can offer wisdom through my experiences, particularly raising three successful daughters, and through my work in human resources. I value integrity, self awareness, and I am able to coach driving to these pillars of character.
As a mentee I am looking for: I am looking for someone who is ambitious, self aware, with a good attitude.
