As humans we recycle 90% of our thoughts every day. The real rub? 80% of them are negative. What’s the good news? It’s possible to become masterful at identifying our thought habits and gain freedom and choice over our perspectives. Why does this matter? Because ultimately our lives are the accumulation of small moments, actions and micro-choices lived out day-to-day. If we are trapped in limited and limiting perspectives, we never make the small moves or take the mini-risks it requires to create the impact, meaning and success we long for.
In this experiential workshop, you will have the opportunity to identify your dominant, self-limiting perspectives and mine for your highest value, most creative ones. Through exercises and reflection you will learn how to flip the switch between limited and resourceful perspectives so that you can get out of your own way, tap into your resources and generate powerful results that add up to your best life. You will walk away with a compassion and awareness for the thought habits that have defined you as well as tools and a roadmap to playing with your perspectives in any given situation.
