The Guilde Membership Terms
Membership in The Guilde is intended to provide access to an inspired community and coworking alternative for women. As such, we offer benefits designed to bring our members solidarity and leadership development in a nurturing and collaborative environment. The following benefits are available, depending on the membership level chosen. More details can be found on our membership page.
· Coworking space. Coworking locations and times may vary.
· Access to Programming: Educational workshops, Lectures, Coaching Collective, Networking
· Access to The Guilde Directory of Women, including a curated profile
· Discounted admission to Annual Conference
· Discount on Guilde Products
· Such other benefits as may be made available from time to time
We may add, modify or eliminate any benefit or service at any time at our discretion. The Guilde does not guarantee the availability of any of its benefits and they are all subject to change at any time without notice.
The membership fee for the various levels of membership in The Guilde are stated on our membership page. Unless otherwise stated, all membership are for an annual term and billed monthly. In the event that you terminate membership prior to the end of your annual term, you will continue to be billed monthly for the applicable membership fee. Annual term and auto-renewal do not apply to Coworking day passes. From time to time, we may offer different membership terms, and the fees for such memberships may vary. The membership fee is non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these Terms. Taxes may apply on the membership fee, in which case such taxes will be applied in addition to the base membership fee.
All memberships require a valid payment method for monthly billing. If all eligible payment methods we have on file for you are declined for payment of your membership fee, you must provide us a new eligible payment method promptly or your membership will be canceled. If your membership is canceled, you will be still be liable for payment of the monthly membership fee for the remainder of your annual term.
You can change your membership level at any time. However, any decrease to your monthly membership fee shall not be effective until your next annual renewal period.
Membership prices are subject to change at any time; provided, that price changes shall be applied at the completion of your current membership year. The Guilde will provide at least 30 days notice before enacting any changes to membership fees.
At the conclusion of your first year of membership, and each subsequent year thereafter, your membership will automatically renew for an annual term at the then current membership fee. UNLESS YOU NOTIFY US BEFORE YOUR ANNUAL RENEWAL DATE THAT YOU WANT TO CANCEL OR DO NOT WANT TO AUTO RENEW, YOU UNDERSTAND YOUR MEMBERSHIP WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW FOR ANOTHER ANNUAL TERM (WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU, UNLESS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW) AND WE WILL COLLECT THE THEN-APPLICABLE MEMBERSHIP FEE AND ANY TAXES, USING ANY ELIGIBLE PAYMENT METHOD WE HAVE ON RECORD FOR YOU
We reserve the right to accept or refuse membership to any person in our sole discretion.
We may send you email and other communications related to your membership and you agree to receive such electronic communications.
You may not transfer or assign your membership or any membership benefits, except as allowed in the terms of any benefit (e.g., the option to bring a friend or colleague to certain events).
From time to time, The Guilde may choose in its sole discretion to add or remove membership benefits.
