About Anne

Anne is trained in craniosacral therapy, pre and perinatal therapy (decoding and releasing our earliest pre-verbal memories), trauma resolution, polarity therapy, and massage therapy. Her craniosacral studies have included specialized pediatrics work for babies, toddlers and teens.

Anne has been trained in pre and perinatal therapy by Ray Castellino and Myrna Martin. She is actively engaged in learning and integrating this work. Her practice is founded on her understanding that the body holds our history, our life purpose, and the key to our better health.

Anne has been married for 17 years, and is a mother. Her resources include the connections and relationships in her life, her women’s group, her meditation practice, this work, gardening, exercising and nature. To find out more about Anne, you can find her at http://annecartegnie.net.
